VisiT To ThE ZOO

woo, free time passes so fast! woke up at abt eleven, ate breakfast, work on puzzle, and now already 6pm! gosh...

anyway, after 5.5years of hubb's relentless effort in jioing me to the zoo, i finally gave in and yes, we visited the zoo yesterday. yup, throughout our r/s, we havent been to the zoo at all. went nite safari once when we 1st started the r/s and tt's abt all. u know.. im never an animal lover.. so cant expect much..

din know the entrance fee is soo expensive now! i tot it's <$10, but who knows, it's $18! anyway, we bought the package tt comes with the tram and boat rides. so $25/pax. ouch!

as far as i can remb, i only went to the zoo once and tt was back in primary school. the zoo is really very different frm my impression. and, everything is soo duper expensive. okay, it's a tourist attraction, so no doubt, the stuff will be soo much more expensive. simply out to 'dock' the tourists!

1 rhino milo = $3.90 and 1 laska (w/o cockles somemore!) = $6.90! can u believe it??!! and those vending machines r selling bottled drinks at $3/bottle. sooo ex lar !!!

also tried riding on an elephant. hiak.. too bad no horse riding, only horse carriage is available. they took pics of us riding on the elephant, but it's selling at $18/copy. whahaha.. did not buy in the end.

hubb initally suggested we buy the package tt includes nite safari as well. but luckily we did not, as we r juz tooo tired to go on. and, it started raining juz when the zoo is about to close. heng ahh!

overall quite fun lor.. but i guess i wont visit again in the near future. perhaps another 5years time ba. hahaha.

and, updates on my puzzle.... im sooooo tired.. the easiest parts are all done.. the rest will be vvvv tough......
