VeG BuFFeT ???

there's a recent wave of dieting at my section, all cuz one colleague is trying to shed some weight in order to fit into her dress for ROM.

and so, for 2 OTs, we'd salad! cherry tomatoes, carrots, lettuces, corn, apples, pineapples, sunflower seeds and 2 kinds of dressing prepared by another colleague.

my head came over and tot we were having some sort of veg buffet or wad. lol ~

of cuz it's not veg buffet! i already said it's salad!

put everything in a zip lock bag, add in a few packets of salt and pepper frm mac, shake shake shake and it's done!

how healthy!!

next wk, we'll be trying the thai dressing. lol ~~~

i once read in the papers that one celeb managed to shed 3kg in a wk by excercising 1.5hrs/day, go on salt-less, oil-less and sugar-free diet. basically she only ate boiled veggies and tofu. mmm..... 3kg in a wk is super good deal.... but how long can such a diet and exercise routine sustain????

it doesnt pay at all when u lose 3kg in a wk but gain 6kg in the next cuz of the one-wk deprivation of a normal life rite??????

juz like in business, we talk about sustainable growth. the main thing about dieting is that it MUST be SUSTAINABLE. it must be LONG-TERM and BEARABLE and ENDURABLE.

so peeps, thinking of shedding some weight?? go take up some serious jogging or swimming or badmintoning or kickboxing or basketballing or dancing or stairs climbing.

continue on the good food once in a while becuz all of us need some forms of motivation!

okok.. im only talking to myself cuz i seriously need to shed some weight!!!
