CoNgRaTuLaTiOnz !!

congrats to myself for a number of things. congrats that i've passed the 1st quarter of the year. now entering the 1st third of the year le. 1st third?? sounds weird.. hahah.. how time flies.. it was only recently when i went countdown with hubb. now april already? and i tot chinese new year jus passed? how come it's grave sweeping period already? diaoo... i cannot accept this..
ok, it's a new month and i should give my blog a new look. congrats to myself for managing to successfully help my blog change a new look. hubb said it looks better. yeah! the backgrd i wanted to get frm somewhere de, but somehow, cannot work lei. resorted to using the template provided by blogger.. then i realised actually can make changes to the colors of the template provided and tada! purple and pink shades are the main colors. i think it's not bad. hahaha... ah yah lar.. doesn't wan to help me with the backgrd!! hahahahha, no lar, not her fault, she was having tuition.. don anyhow accuse her here. heeee... thanks ah yan for recommending me the website to make my blog nicer.. hehehe...

third congrats for finishing my part on the darn 308!! spent such a looong time on it. irritating. now finally done with the report and the slides le. tmr's the last lesson on 308. yeah yeah yeah!!

and the fourth congrats is for the fact that....... i finally went JB le!!! hahahhaha... it's my 1st time ne... hope it's not v sua ku of me. o well.. finally did it. not as scary as i tot. went kranji, think it's the 1st time i alighted at kranji station. took 170 and reached sg's custom. then board again and reached msia's custom.then the nightmare occured. i don mean to be nasty, but... there really is plenty of room for improvements in msia's custom. it was dark, crowded, old, and simply HOT!! super hot lorr.... hubb sweat like crazy. and the queue took soooooo darn long. i think we queued for almost 1 hour, or maybe more than tt. it was there when i realised that i really made a wrong decision in wanting to go JB. both me and hubb agreed not to do it again. stranded at the custom.. simply unbearable. and the queue was just so messy. is the custom at tuas jus as bad?

o, and there was a little hiccup. this hubb lar.. kuku.. put a pen knife in his bag then forgot to remove. then throughout he was thinking where to hide his pen knife. to leave it in the toilet 1st and collect when we return? or juz bring it along and hope nothing happens at the custom?? then i tot of so many scenarios, like if he left it in the toilet, wad if something happened and pple tot that the knife was a xiong1 qi4? hahha.. think i watched too many detective shows liao. anyway, he finally decided to dispose it. and, yah, i advised him to clean away the fingerprints, juz to prevent any repercussions. but then, if repercussions really were to occur and they traced it to him, wouldn tt make him seemed more guilty? if he's not, why shld he clean away the prints?? lol.. k, i think too much liao.

finally we got to cross the custom and reached JB. hahaha... well... different experience. went to city sq and shopped. the stuff there are soooo cheap. we ate at a western food restaurant named Vivo City Square. Ya, it's vivo city.. lol.. 2 soups, 1 salmon spag, 1 chicken lasagna, 1 coke float, and 1 choco ice cream brownie for only.......... $15.82 sing dollars! i think it was damn cheap lor.. as far as i know, i don think i can get all those stuff at such low price in sg. And, it's a restaurant lei. something like pastamania de. and the food were delicious lorr. o, and no service charge. cheap and gd..

Real cheap and good

Ice cream too big for the brownie

and i bought 2 pairs of shoes for only $25.60 sing dollars. woah! how could tt be possible in our Singapore? for tt kind of design, cheapest also need $19.90. And hubb bought a tee shirt at only $8.80. hahha.. it was then when i decided to go JB every weekend. interesting place. good to shop. sales persons are friendly. much better than sing. and so many other places to explore in JB. think after exam, JB will be my hunting place. hahhaa... but am i contributing to spoiling sg's economy? the m'sian come here to work, earn sing money and spend in their own country. me, as a singaporean, also earn here and spend in m'sia. o.. think this is really bad for sg's economy.

Johor Bahru

Hubb and Me in City Square

Wahh, big big bowl of la mian!

came back to sing ard 8 plus. sing's custom really super cool. aircon, spacious, bright, and clean! and we din need to queue at all. there is this "self-service" thing whereby u can scan ur own passport and simply press ur finger against a machine to leave ur fingerprint. as simple and easy as tt. but only me and hubb and a few others using lei. the rest still preferred to queue. i wondered why. next time no need go kranji take 170 le. go jurong take 160 also can. easier and nearer. had dinner at the zhu2 chao3 stall near my house. had my fav stingray!simply delicious and sinful! i offered to go dutch with hubb. but he said no need. and then, when he reached home, he complained that i spent too much of his money! true, he paid for the meal in jb and the dinner. and he contributed rm20 for my shoes (cuz i got no more rm!). but...wah lao... cheapo hubb.. pls lorr, u teach so many tuitions.. don know earning how many more times than me lorr!!! spend a little on me cannot de meh ???! angry ....

besides tt, he also complained tt he had been accomodating me and tt i haven been accomodating him. but then.. i really don like to go to the zoo, sci centre, sentosa, croc farm, hiking, or cycling ma. so why force me?? haii.... had a fun day de.. but he kidda spoilt it towards the end of the day. i think we really have different interests ne... how arrr????
