Why is my menstrual cramp acting up again???

Been so freaking long since I had such pain.. 

Like since giving birth??

And I tot the pain is gone for good.... 

But now, it's back again!!! 

Urgggh. 

The pain till don't know isit back pain or stomach pain. The pain till legs like numb liao. 

The pain till lie down also cannot, sit down also cannot, stand up also cannot.. 

Until I buay tahan go popped 2 panadols just now. 

Hopefully it works. 

Ya, in the past, panadols WON'T WORK. have to use ponstan. But I don't have ponstan now leh.. Howwww??
