can anyone explain to me wad is meant by $0.214???

numerical wise, it is $0.214. in chinese words, we say '两毛一分四'. in english, we say 'twenty-one point four cents'. but.... if in terms of real money, real coins, wad is $0.214?????

in singapore, as far as i know, there is a dollar coin, fifty-cents coin, twenty-cents coin, ten-cents coin, five-cents coin, and one-cent coin. so..... wad is 'point four cents'????? can anyone explain to me??
