What's the point of hitting the gym ever so often, eating healthier, diligently taking vitamins, drinking lots of water....... When there is no significant weight loss and I'm still falling sick ever so often.....and taking a hell long time to recover. 

OK, perhaps if I hadn't done all that, it would be weight gain and falling sick even more often. 

I don't know.. I really don't know....

Is it really age catching up... Or women really tend to be weaker after child birth???
