mr irritating (as wad dear shirley named him) is still on mc today. and so, he MIA for the whole week.

apparently he's down with suspected food poisoning. oh no. isnt that the same excuse given the time before and the time before before and the time before before before?

my question is, if it's soo jialek till food poisioning, how come the mc is extended day by day and the doc did not give 3days straight in one go?

o well. enough on this person. i'll juz take it as there is no this colleague around.

anyway, march seems like a supeeer down month. been some time since i last complaint about work liao right? but now, it's all coming back again.

im starting to wonder what are all these about again..

shit pay for the never-ending work and frustrations.

juz had a rather heated argument with one of the bankers today. kept chasing me for his application.

what the hell have i done to deserve all these nonsense?

at the end of the day, the bankers are the ones who get the commission, not me.
they get the honor and recognition, not me.
they get promoted, not me.
they get pay rise, not me.

every now and then, emails on who r the top bankers of the month will be sent and it will be revealed how much additional incentive they'll get..

and i seriously feel that they are using us to climb. pressure us.. push us to work faster so that the applications can be approved faster and customers can sign faster and they can get the commission faster.

their success are largely built on our sufferings.

i seriously think this is quite enough.
