HaPPy 2009!

looking back at 2008, on an individual level, it hadnt been a bad year. in fact, i think it was a relatively good year.. better than 2007. had wanted the biggest achievement to be the attainment of the driving license.. but tt aim was dashed on the 30th. haii~ well.. leave tt achievement to 2009 then.

2008.. i supposed the biggest achievement was to remove the mole? lol~ and travelled to japan and taipei. and saw the figure in the bank a/c growing. and the joining of new members in the family. and completion of 1 full year with the same company. yepp.... not too bad yea?

2009..... i wish to get my driving license. i wish to travel to somewhere further. perhaps korea? or better still, out of asia. i wish to save more money. i wish to shed some weights. i wish to get good bonus and good increments. i wish to get a better job or if not, to be successful in internal transfer when the time arrives. woaoaoahhh... very greedy horrr????

had company buffet then knocked off at 3pm. won myself a 10bucks voucher during the lucky draw. no hampers this year, probably due to the not so good economy.

after tt went marina with hubby wanting to catch a movie but almost all slots were selling fast. so we went great world city and caught yes-man b4 we went back to marina for countdown. spectacular fireworks again. left my mouth opening in complete awe. but the travelling home part was a nite mare. soooooooo many pple there..... gotta sqz and sqz and sqz. no more buses except for the NRs. all cabbies were unavailable or on-call. we walked and walked and walked, hoping to get out of tt place and reach somewhere ulu where we can catch a cab.. but to no avail. it was juz horrible. finally abt 2am we decided to give up and call cab. finally. if not, i think we can stuck there till the 1st bus is available liao.
