yes, since hubb bought me the wristlet 9yrs back, i havent really have a proper wallet since. and it really is getting on my nerve how difficult it is to search for the cards and money! and.. poor wristlet.. 给我挤到要爆le...

and.. got people tell me... the way i fold and stush my cash.... cash will not want to enter my 'wallet'.

uh-oh

so i decided to have a more decent wallet and be more organised about the whole thing. 

but.... i need something which i dont need to hold on hand, cuz i need to hold the hands of the 2 boys right??! and i dont want a bag, cuz it will be too heavy. 

just want something lightweight, which i can sling, and just put in essential cards/cash/tissue paper/hp. thats about it. 

and yes! finally settled on this. 

but alas, it is not sufficient to put in ALL my cards. and u know how damnnn irritating it is when there are some perks which u can enjoy if u use so-and-so card, and u 明明 have the card, but did not bring right??!

ya, so.... no choice... if really need be, i just attach the wristlet to this new bag.

yeah, xmas eve.... and i still got virtual teambonding session in the morning! believe it or not! and after that was team meeting, lucky got cancelled in the last min. haha 

hubb went to pick the boys around 1pm...

came home lunched, rest awhile, before we prepare for our xmas eve celeb. LOL

to gardens by the bay......

yes, hubb has been searching around to see where to meet santa this yr. according to him, many hotels are no longer hiring santa to meet and greet guests. and finally, he managed to find that gardens by the bay has santa meet and greet! 

yup, so shun bian visited the 2 domes using the sg rediscover vouchers

honestly, how lame to take pics with masks on......

and yes, thats how obsessed im with shopping in shopee. even went to buy xmas masks! ya, cuz take pics with masks on right, so the masks must also be nicey ones.

now in the midst of looking for cny masks.....

after that, was our dinner feast at pan pacific hotel!

the spread is definitely better than what we had last yr at four seasons hotel. at least got food suitable for children. this rayous was super happy chomping the chicken rice away. yummmx

and.... crab 'gong' 吃得多了吧... how about some lobster gong???!

yay, too bz eating, din take much pics of the food. haha.

and our annual xmas dinner choice - pizza hut! dont know why but they are not delivering to our area today, so had to do a self pick-up

Yay, despite that we have made a number of enemies (for eg, 1. next door whom we complained about them hanging their laundry out on the corridor 2. downstairs whom came up to complain about us 3x cuz the children were too noisy and 3. the 1st floor chap who is directly below us due to us frequently occasionally dropping things down to their flat), there are some good neighbours around too! 

So, early Xmas celeb for us.

 Although abit sianz. Cuz rayous K2 class in the coming yr will mostly make up of different children from his current K1 class. 

I like his classmates in the current class... So really sianxx that most of them will be shifted to another class.. While the naughty ones will be in rayous class.

it's record breaking!

if u were to take a look at the blog archive, u will see that, i posted the most number of posts in year 2007 and that was 152 posts. and then for the next 12yrs, it has never hit >152posts..... except for 2020!!!!

that's a milestone, isint it??

yup, started this blog thingie in 2007... 1st year... of cuz super enthu and wrote about almost anything under the sun. ha. 

then the lowest number of posts was in 2014.. only 65.. know why?? well, that year... busy with wedding.... and after that, conceived!!!! yah, end of 2014 was the 1st trimester... i can still remb things were so bad back then, that i got no mood to blog at all.....! brrr

and now, 2020, record breaking! 

sure record breaking la.... an unprecedented year with so many new norms taking place..... woah!

and yup, this blog... coming to 14yrs liao!!! 

really happy to have started this, to record down things... so that so many yrs down, i can still read back and remember..

School is closed today. 

Supposed to take one day leave to accompany the boys, but in the end, had to cancel cuz clash w colleague. Duh. 

Wow.. Really reminded me of the CB days.... When the boys were stuck at home and we still had to work BAU.. Brrr.. 想到就怕。。

And.. Really toxic for them to stay at home and just watch TV!!! 

And ipad... 

Go back to school laaa!

And earned a good $600 bucks. Though I have to pay for a slightly more expensive plan now.

Honestly.. Whats the big deal about these phones huh? Why sooo expensive and still got so many pple want to buy???

phase 3 exit to commence on 28dec!

a good half year since phase 2... wahhh.. how time flies leh.. really... 

back then i was still kb-ing why so fast phase 2.. now, half yr passed liao!

to quote what pm lee said - 'some good news to end the year'. 

honestly, if i were G, i would have pushed phase 3 to march, after all the festive season. 

so G still not bad la. post xmas, but in time for ny and cny. 

haha. 

increasing from 5pax to 8pax is some, though not great, improvement. 

at least, now can bring the folks out to dine liao. and bnf gang can also gather liao.

but, to have family gatherings or gatherings that involve friends and their spouses/children will still be tough. actually why 8 but not 10 huhh?? 

and so, cny will still be a headache lor? 

likely have to visit in batches liao, since if everyone gather, it will sure be >8pax. 

ok la, one step at one time ok. dont be greedy. 

but outside really darn many pple now also.... 

and... with phase 3... very likely i will be called back to office soon.....

but ok la, im more prepared now.. actually was expecting to go back somewhere in oct liao.. so, 无惊无险 so far, already 赚到.

and with this new helper, im also more 放心 to go back to work. 

i tell u.. i cannot expressed how disturbed i was back then at work, when i checked the camera and saw the darn ex-helper slacking away. really affecting me alot.

this new helper.. so far still ok.. not as slack and chao geng as the ex. so.. hopefully wont give me problem when im back to work. *finger crossed*

ok, till then... enjoy while i can ok!

It's mum's bday! 

All thanks to Covid19 that we couldn't all gather... So.. Had to celeb for her individually.. Duh

Also cannot bring her out to dine cuz more than 5pax.. Duh again.. 

 And we r really law abiding citizens OK. Bro's family came after that.. And we quickly left.. Cuz no more than 5 visitors right?! Duh duh duh.. 

After that we went to camp at sis's place. lol

Anyways, wishing dear mum good health, longevity and happiness.
