bought the folks to watch the sequel of long long time ago. also taking the chance to explore new malls w them, so took them to this mall - 112katong. 

one relatively small mall in the east with not much pple. not many popular brands in there.. but somehow, all the shops seemed to be selling exquisite expensive stuff. surprisingly, the food republic there is quite affordable. cuz i tot food republic is one of the more expensive foodcourt, so was quite surprise when the laksa was for $3.50 and kong bak pau for $2.20.. haha. 

but the parking fee, according to hubb, is one of the most expensive for malls. we reached at about 2+, parked till 8+. so for a total of 6hrs thereabout, it costed $16! wooot. 

ok, part 1 of the movie is nicer. part 2 not so. actually for part 2, the story line is v weak. overall, so-so only.

and the llao llao crave continues.. how wrong!!

ok... effort have been made to slowly reduce the crave.. for a start, i have requested for no crunch, despite the price being the same. unfortunately, the crunch cannot be exchanged for fruits. how inflexible. boo. 

next effort as hubb suggested.. is to reduce from sanum to petitllao! petitllao is really this small little cup with just a little of the yoghurt. anyway, the most attractive part that makes me keep going back.. is the sauce!! so, in future, i shall just ask for petitllao w the chocorock sauce! 

hopefully that can successfully accelerate the 'quitting' of this crave.

catching up with ex-colleagues and supervisor over lunch yesterday.

now, i really cannot remember if i was worse off or better off as compared to the ex-place liao. 

was i as bitter and unhappy? was i as 身不由己?  was i as chuiz as now?

hahahaha. my 大姨媽 is finally back! after a good 1.5yrs! LOL.

was quite stunned to know that my colleague got hers back just 2mths after giving birth. i guess she's equally stunned when i told i havent got mine back!! LOLL. 

ok.. great. time to start conceiving again? LOLLLLL

visited susan's house today. and also finally get to catch-up with ezanne whom i last saw at my wedding night. im just so glad that im still in contact w this group of ex-colleagues after all these yrs. these are the pple whom i 1st met when i joined the co... and i guess.. these will be the only real and innocent pple whom i will know in my entire working life. 

anyway, i joined the co 1st. followed by eleanor, ezanne, then susan... if i remb correctly. and our ages are also quite close. just 1yr or 2yrs apart. and it's great to know that everyone has moved on. ez and sus happily married and having their own houses. ele and ivan also have their house ready already, now just waiting to hold the customary wedding in oct. and of cuz, myself, also happily married with kid and house. 

cool, to see how we have all developed in our lives. cheers to the many more yrs of friendship to come!

llao llao Crave

hopelessly indulging in this llao llao thingie... my 1st time eating it was about a year ago. that time i said as u eat, the chocolate will harden and it will become one big clump and then not as tasty as the first few mouth liao. so i really dont know what's the big rave abt this llao llao. but there was 1x... that i came across a dammmnnn niceee sauce which will not harden... since then... im seriously in LOVE w llao llao! urghh! how shitty! 

and i gotten the folks to join in the craze too!

and just yesterday......... jurong point again!!

the only only lucky thing is... there is no outlet in raffles place!!! henggg ahh! else i can imagine having it everyday!! urgh! 

the very nice sauce that i mentioned is the chocorock. it wont harden and goes damn well w the yogurt. unfortunately, the westgate outlet doesnt have this sauce the few times i went. boohoo. but ytd, when i asked the salesperson, apparently there is another sauce which i now suspect was the actual initial sauce (and not chocorock) which i ate and started all this cravings - wafer praline. anyway, the initial sauce which i ate taste like kinder bruno. regardless which is which, chocorock is also nice lah. ha, as i typed, i tot the word 'chocorock' looks like 'cockroach'.. LOL 

such wrong indulgence man! the yoghurt itself should be relatively healthy. but what's with the sauce and crunch.... umm.. but it's exactly the sauce which makes it soo irresistible leh!! ok lah, to be fair, indulge in this, is better than indulging in ice-cream with sauce and crunch also right?! 

and i wonder which one more damaging - bubble tea w pearls? or llao llao sanum. LOL 

hahaha.. okok.. will try to step out of this craze soon. will try. i promise!!    

A MysTerious Call

received a mysterious call early this morning. 

haha. 

though i dont think anything good will get out of it...... hopefully, something good will still get out of it.

ah ha, the annual grave-sweeping. hot hot day.

and we went to visit sis's new house while waiting for mum to prepare dinner at home. 

keke. 

and like cny, we gambled this yr! haha. i won $8! not bad huh. LOL. gambling is really a good way to pass time! oppsy. ok lah, small gambling, no big gambling ok!

BabY SPA @ HarBourFronT

ahahha. took the little boy for his swim session @ baby spa at harbourfront.  LOL. 

and to my surprise, he was quite scared initially! look at his face!! 

yes, he was v scare and started throwing tantrum and we took a little while to calm him down

and he soon got used to it! woohoo!

having great fun! 

and towards the end, he got so relaxed that he totally laid back liao. haha. 

and after a good swim, it was a good massage session. seriously more shiok than the poor mum and dad. 

the sessions are not cheap at all. the swim was $49 and the massage $26, so total was $75.  then they got this marketing deal which psycho u to sign the package and then they will waive the $75 altogether. and they throw in this photography package which will entitle the baby to have a personal photoshoot with one pic developed w frame. i bet when go for that photoshoot, it will be a 2nd round of psychoing to sign the photoshoot packages. trust me! 

and now on hindsight, there was one thing which i think was a marketing move also. after the massage and baby dressed up, the staff will carry the baby to go out. that day happened to have a ballonist blowing balloons, so the staff carried rayous to watch that ballonist perform. MIL and FIL were keeping tab while hubb and myself were in the shop listening to the psychoing. but throughout i wasnt really focusing cuz i kept turning to make sure rayous is ok. and in my 'non-focusing', i kind of just want to end the whole thing, save the $75, sign and go. 

yeah.. and that's it. in order to save the $75, we spent $400. what kind of economic sense does that make?  anyway, it's for 10 sessions and if u include in this very 1st session, it will be considered $400 for 11 sessions of pure swimming, massage not included. what easy way to psycho us right?! 

yah, so i believe, by carrying the baby away and let u lose focus is one of their sales tactic. evil.  

anyway, will go for the photoshoot and finish up the 10 sessions asap. such businesses.... 说倒就倒.. better use up their services... SOON.
