woo... back.. im soo tired.. slept real late and woke up early for past 2days. but overall, it was a great trip. slow and relax. own time own target. no need to carry anything or take transport or follow large tour group or look for washrooms or walk and walk and walk non-stop.. i think the folks enjoyed it too :)

now thinking back, i really wonder how much it takes to operate the cruise. juz the amt of food to prepare is enormous. juz the buffet alone, they got to prepare 6meals - breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternn tea, dinner, supper. let's juz zoom in on tea-time alone. basically tea-time r the snacks like muffins, cakes, puffs, pies.. how much of each do they prepare? how do they estimate how many pple will come into the buffet restaurant to eat the buffet? wont the food be insufficient? or on the other hand, cooked in excess and cause wastage? how long before hand do they need to start baking/cooking the food?? i really cannot imagine how much food r stored in there.. how many pple r busy preparing the food in there.. it's juz amazing..

and how abt the water supply? for cooking and for usuage? where does it come from? the ship can store such large amt of water???

i think it's really incredible. out on the sea, there's nothing at all. everything has to be prepared and stored in the ship beforehand for the survival of the thousands of pple in there for a couple of days. cool.
