Haven't been sleeping well lately 

Will wake up in the middle of the night quite frequently (usually around 2am)....

Sometimes can go back to sleep, and sometimes cant... By the time went back to sleep already 4am.

Sigh.

Whats going on? 

Chanced upon this... So decided to give it a try.

 3 days of psle marking day, so took today off to date the boy abit. Haha

Went steamboating again!!

Wanted to visit mum and dad after that, but in the end did not.

Shopped for awhile and came home liao. 

But that was enough to KO me and i jitao fell into a deep sleep for approx 2hrs......

Lol

It really are times like these....

That i feel like finding a hole, and hide myself inside. 

Hide from everyone. 

Dont speak, dont look, dont see, don't think. 

Just escape.

Ah ha, bday celeb! 

Morning sent the boys to school. Tu until late morning then went out. 

Chanced upon this restaurant at ngee ann city

 Yea, the pink flowery lady kind of restaurant. Lol

The food is not bad oh, to be fair.. 

And then a quick walk at the mooncake fare

And to LV shop to buy myself a bday present!!! 

After that headed back west for massage, b4 collecting my $10 toto win. Lol. Bday luck indeed! 

Fetched the boys and cake cutting at home 

Milk tea cheesecake sent over by sis. Woohoo! 

And yea, happy birthday to me!!!

 Honestly damn pissed with my beautician.

So, they go by packages right. 

After one is about to end, they will psycho u to sign another one.

So i already signed package A. 

Along the way, they told me package B is very good and will complement very well with package A. 

So i can alternate btw A and B to get the best results.

Ok lor. Sign lor.

Then now know what???

Recommend me package C!!

In fact, past few times already told me to take package C cuz my face will on off have outbreak and this package C is suppose to clear the skin.

Everytime i also rejected. 

But what really pissed me off this time round was, she told me, package A (or B?) will actually cause a outbreak, and package C is recommended now to clear the skin, so A and B can work better.

Huh?

Wtf?

Then she said previously my skin was clear liao, so recommended me to take A and B. But now outbreak seems to be coming back, so better to take C also. 

Really wtf leh.

If not cuz my 肉 is still on the 粘板上, and i dont really want to make things ugly, i would have rebutted and shut her up liao!

Maybe the treadmill that day really got prob. 

Today went run at the house's gym, and i wasnt that powderful leh.

Started at speed 8, but it was really too fast, and i had to reduce it to 7.7

But overall, i still ran longer and faster than b4 la. 

Or maybe, there is no issue with the machines.

Just that today the atmosphere is unlike that at the big gym where many pple were running together, so cannot lao kui and push myself harder.

Lol

And today generally nua at home. 

Finally took out the new boxes of games to play. 

Wohohohoho

Took half day leave today to bring the boys to the company's event just below my office. 

Started off with a complimentary boat ride

And walked around the booths..

Also took this opportunity to bring raythorous up to my office and take a look!

Yeah, the other time brought rayous, and i promised raythorous that i will bring him someday.

Finally did.

Took one day leave today to participate as a parent volunteer in Rayous's school childrens day party! 

Dressing up as mascots for the photo booth!! 

Took so many photos today with the children! Haha

Already wanted to participate last yr, but forgot why i did not. 

Anyways, there were a few other events in the past which i already wanted to participate, but never did, cuz need to take leave..... 

But today finally did lo! 

一天leave就一天leave! 

Ya! Leaves are v precious these days! Haha. 

And i did not tell the boy that i will be coming. I just kept telling him to remb to take photos at the photo booth. Lucky he did visit the photo booth. Else wasted my effort.

And even got a chance to stand on the stage. 

Was contemplating whether to take full day or just half day, and go back work after the event. 

Lucky took full day lor, cuz we stayed behind to watch the rest of the concert, and yes, very tired after that ah!!

So fun la! 

Wah, i really dont know isit the treadmill machine at the gym spoilt liao, or my fitness really level up liao.

In the past, i will start the run at speed 7.3 to 7.5. But just now, at 7.5, i was walking!!! It was so sloooow, no kick at all!! 

Then i upped it to 8.2 and started the regular run. And at max, i was able to go to 9.6!

Woah woah! 

And and, i used to run only abt 33mins which is about 4km, and want to die liao. 

But just now, I did a good 45mins and finished 6.39km!!

Got evidence one hor!! 

Woah!

Im really quite impressed with myself.

Just hope there was nothing wrong w the machine.

To celeb yan's bday, as well as yh's bday (since she missed out on the sept babies celeb) as she can hardly join us for dinners these days

And abit of a 失眠夜this morning. Woke up at around 2.30am.. And hard to fall back asleep. All the way till 4am then slept back. 

Sigh.

 Happy mid autumn festival! 

Rayous is on HBL ytd and today, so no school for him. So i aptly took my half day bday off and took him and the folks out to eat. 

And then chanced upon the starhub shop and it was quite empty. So chop chop went to query about the purchase of phone which i had been wanting to do the longest time, but yet to. 

And also chop chop executed the purchase! 

Tada! Iphone15 pro! 

Going to sell it tmr!!!

Last chu this stunt was in dec2020. 

What have i been doing huh???! 

How come tu until now then chu stunt ? 

Could have recontracted way back already!

And the v first time i chu this stunt was in nov2016.

Looks like i only do it every 4yrs instead of 2yrs.

Woke up to a rainy sunday, so swimming class was canx.

Took the opportunity to complete off what we did not managed to ytd

To the library!! 

And i found out that we can actually scan and borrow the book using the app on handphone. No need to borrow at the borrowing station! 

Really so advanced these days leh! 

Too bad still din managed to get my cabin sized luggage.

Did so many things leh! 

Ate lunch at centrepoint honolulu, bought school shoes for rayous, bought mooncakes at the takashimaya fair (settled for mandarin oriental), collected pre-ordered mooncakes at shangri-la, returned books at library, bought some stuff at popular, visited the folks, had dinner, did hair treatment, and even had ice cream for early supper! 

Woohoo! Really accomplished many things! 

Alas not enough time to borrow new books, and buy my cabin size luggage.
