HK/MaCaU DaY 3 - 3 DeC 23

Day 3 of our trip! 

Moved on to macau liao! Blogging live from the Grand Lisboa Palace hotel! 

Bf this morning at the disney hotel. 

Got a new character - goofy! Haha

Honestly nothing to rave abt this hotel.... Everything just damn expensive, and v normal room, not magical AT ALL. 

And then on our way to macau! Not by ferry anymore, but by car, using the bridge! 

About an hr's ride. Need to get off at the macau custom to clear the custom, but generally smooth and fast. 

Tada! Checked into our hotel! Received some  yum yum welcome snacks =) 

Off for our late lunch. Finally some resonably priced food at the hotel's shopping mall!

And my 1st bbt for the trip!! Ermmz. Requested for half sugar, but like totally no sugar at all...... Otherwise, it should b quite tasty, cuz the milk tea taste was quite strong..

After that, went for a swim at the indoor swimming pool! 

Not bad wor, heated pool! 

Quite a decent lap pool, can exercise abit. Haha

And then ordered in room dining for dinner! 

Yum yumzz!

HK/MaCaU DaY 2 - 2 Dec 23

Day 2 of our trip! 

Bf at the hotel. 

 Staying at disney hotel for the 1st 2 nights. 

So got disney characters walking around to take pics 

But also cuz we checked into the hotel straight after we arrived at HK, i honestly havent got the feel that im in HK liao! Haven't even been to the streets..... Straight away came to this 砍菜头resort... 

Anyways, our itinerary for today - Disneyland HK! 

The last time i came here was in 2006, according to hubb. Yup, so so so long liao. Lol

If not for the kids, we probably also wont go.. 

So so so crowded.... And the q for the rides were juz horrendous. 

Lucky hubb bought the priority passes, and we managed to skip the loooooong q for certain selected rides. 

Else.... Can really q till the cow comes home!! 

Yea, after so many yrs, some of the attractions are still the same! 

Wanted to wait for the finale parade, but in the end did not, cuz it will only start at 945pm, and we were all v tired liao. 

Yea, i really was v tired.. Till i dozed off during some of the performances... Opppps

So back to the hotel and had dinner at this crazily priced restaurant. 

The problem with staying in this disney hotel is that there is basically no food provider, except for the 3 restaurants within this hotel, or in room dining. 

1st night we ate at this Chinese restaurant, and the bill came up to a whopping Sgd300+!! 

Tonight, went to the other restaurant to see, and the price is equally expensive! And it is western food which the folks likely wont like. The 3rd restaurant is also out cuz it is buffet style. 

So LL went back to the Chinese restaurant....and the bill came up to Sgd200+ for tonight's meal!

Seriously?! 

A testament of how ridiculously expensive the things here are... 

1 steam rice at Hkd38, which is approx sgd6.50!

'Tea and condiment' at Hkd34 per pax, which is approx sgd6 lor! When all they served was teabag and hot water! 

We did not know the prices of these items till we checked the bill carefully lor. 

Omg max really. 

Next time really cannot stay at this type of resort hotel. 

Trap u here and 砍you like nobody's business.
