- backstabbers/hypocrites
- gossipers
- mc kings and queens
let's juz name that particular person X for the purpose of easy and annoymous ranting here.
i seriously think X only worked for 9months the whole of last year.
know wad? we are entitled to 30days mc per year and X maxed that 30days last year!!
30 working days on mc = 1.5 calender month
with the addition of public hols and annual leaves, im quite positive that X really only worked 9mths last yr.
and X's fav pattern is to take a few days leave and top it up with at least 2days mc.
eve of ny eve X was on mc. then ytd on urgent leave. today on mc. and tmr also mc.
yes. that's the pattern EVERYTIME. totally predictable and expected.

and the worse thing is, my other team mates seem ok about it and they happily cover for X without any grudge. WHY??????????????
i heard boss has spoken to X already.. but obviously, it's not working.
can boss take more drastic actions????????

X knows our team is already shorthanded.. yet.... X still continues to behave in such a manner. what kind of team work is this?
soon, another team mate will be away for 4mths maternity. i wonder what will happen then.
