And just now before leaving, kenna one bad news again.

People really have a tendency to focus on the bad things.
Prepared slides to update pple with list of items that have been completed and not completed.
Was told to skip the completed items since they have already been completed.
So, the time were spent discussing on the non completed items.
And then, the end conclusion was that there is no progress and much still needs to be done.
But hello??
The list of completed items that was conveniently skipped, are not counted as work done huh??
This somehow brought me back to how i handled rayous school papers also.
Skipped all the correct questions, and zoomed in on the incorrect ones and started asking why this one wrong, why tell u so many times liao still wrong etc.
But, yet, i conveniently skipped those questions that he got right OR questions that he got wrong previously but got right this time, and i failed to recognise and applaud that.
So... really... must start focusing on the good points as well. Bad points 固然重要，need more focus.
But for good points or when bad points turned into good points, 也不要被抹杀, 一定要赞赏!
