My 4th yusheng! 

With bnf peeps at london duck at PLQ

Day time went jem watched money no enough 3.. 

And.... Also tried out gua sha for the v first time in my life. Haha. 

Been wanting to try for v long liao, but no 勇气.. Today finally did..

Looks bad ya. But 真的没有传说中的痛. I think 拔罐more painful wor.
