HCMC Day 2 - 1 DeC 2024

1st day of a new mth, and... The last month of the year le!!! 

Hcmc day 2!

Started with bf at hotel

And then a 2hr ride to the cu chi tunnel! 

One small hole to hide and camouflage! 

Only rayous tried. Hahaha 

And crawling thru the tunnel.... The boys n hubb tried, but not me. Hehe. Too claustrophobic. 

Hubb got to try out real guns - AK and machine gun wor! 

So so so loud lor! Wonder how the pple working there can go without ear muffs... 

And then lunch! 

With the 2 British who were part of our small tour grp. 

And then, a 2hrs ride to Mekong river! 

Here to try out the paddle boats

Unlike the floating market in bangkok, this one really just paddle thru the river. Nothing to buy de. 

Quite an experience.. Meandering thru the river in a rather rocky manner. 

And then, to a bee farm

Got snake to see and feel also. Haa

In between also went to a few places like an art making factory and a candy making factory

Before a 2hrs ride back to our hotel... Woah. 

And then we decided not to go out liao.. So ordered in room dining again

5 main courses - pizza, BKT, katsu rice, salmon risotto and seafood udon..... All for approx SGD65! Affordable!! 

Yummmmx!!

Going some theme park tmr!

Yea! 

30Nov - HCMC Day 1

 Last day of the month!! 

And also first day of our HCMC trip!

First time flying prem economy, not bad leh, the leg space quite big. 

Now using these kind of boxes liao... Wah... And portion so small also... 

Short flight, abt 2hrs..

And reached hcmc liao! 

First time in Vietnam! 

And a very big car to fetch us to hotel. 

Ordered in room dining first.. Yummmmx. 

Then off to a dinner cruise!! 

OK, i think the bangkok dinner cruise was more fun and happening. 

This one milder, and no roof top dining de. Food variety also so so nia. 

Will be here 5d4n.

Tmr gotta wake up early to go some tunnel. 

Woahh.

Finally going on leave!

Travelling tmr to hcmc, then back 1day, b4 going on royal carribean!

Shitifying and knn when u timed the bus arrival timing nicely, just to see bus went after bus WITHOUT STOPPING, because the lower deck is full, BUT the upper deck is only 10% taken!!

Wtf?!

Why can't these pple move their arses to the upper deck??!

And why can't the bus captains ask them to move upper deck instead of just driving at half capacity??!

Seriously. 

Sometimes, it really is not a capacity issue. But, a mishandling of the available capacity!!!

Same goes for MRT. Pple jus squeezing near the doors and refused to move in, and the rest of the pple cannot board. 

Irritating really!!
