RaSa SenToSa DaY 2 - 30 April 2021

Day 2 of our staycay! 

Yummy yummy food. Good spread! Yumx

One big table by ourselves. Whoot! 

After that, was pool time!! 

Didi was super happy playing here. 

I think this hotel has many kids facilities, so very popular among families with kids. The pool was quite crowded, I must say, as compared to some of the other hotels that we went to. 

Even got water slides for kids to go onto.. 

Enjoying by the poolside.

After that, back to hotel to sleep, before ordering some snacks... 

And finally, out for dinner!! 

Also took the tram and toured around the island.. 

And that was on the tram that we realised the best job on earth!! 

So what happened was, there was this grp of boys running after the tram that we were on. 

So they were all panting when they board the tram, and some of them pulled down their masks. And they started chatting. 

We were right behind them and honestly, we were quite uncomfortable la. No mask and still talking away.. 

So the tram continued the journey, and suddenly, out of nowhere, a security guard riding a bike stopped by. He came down, pointed straight at those boys and shouted 'IS THERE ANY REASON WHY YOU ARE NOT WEARING YOUR MASK??!'. 

Shouted. Literally shouted. 

All of us stunned xia. 

After kbing abit more and making sure they wore their masks back, he went back to his bike and rode off. 

Wow

Like wtf?? 

Wearing a helmet, sunglass, mask, no one knows who he is, just come here kb kb kb and then ciaoz. 

Damn shiok la. 

This kind of job, where to find xia?! 

Really the best job! 

Lol

Anyways, after dropping from the tram, it was dessert time! 

Ya.. Really eat and eat and eat non stop la.. 

Kekekkekkeke.

Good weather. Not too hot.

Had fun, should do it more often!! 

 And then went back west and decided to dine in jurong point. Walked past this A&W and surprisingly short q.. So decided to give it a try. 

Ahhh, eat liao 才知道why they will close shop N yrs ago... Really nothing very special lor. Burger small and taste just like macs cheese burger. Curly fries dry and oily... Hotdog is the worse, really just bun and hotdog! Not to mention the root beer float can also replicate at home. 完全没卖点。

And.. My mother days present! A preserve rose! Wahahahahaha

BacK To OffiCe ThuS FaR

5 days 4.5 days back in office, 像是打了一场战!!

累死我了!!!

Remb how I was complaining how I cannot 一觉睡到天明？and this hubb was saying cuz I'm not tired enough during the day?

Now I guess he's probably right! Cuz now, I can 一觉睡到天明了! Though still got many weird dreams..... 

OK, back to office, 好像只有cons, 没有pros

1) having to wake up damn super early. Waste time.

2) having to dress nicely, and travel super far to work. Waste time.

3) have to wear contact lenses for the longest period of time! My eyes are really hurting!

4) cannot exercise! Wtf.

5) having to experience the imbalance all over again! U know, like how people can come in late, slowly go toilet, then go down buy coffee, then come back chit chat on the phone, then go for long lunch, then look at handphone more than looking at the computer screen, then half the time MIA don't know die where... If in office also so blatantly slack, I wonder what they do at home. No wonder mgmt wants us to come back... Damn. Really 眼不见为净！

6) remb how I initially complained that the table and chair at home are making me ache? Haha, now used to it liao, and instead, back to office, the chair and table in office are making me ache! Alamak.. Really..

7) cold cold cold in office. And when ur cold, somehow 好像就想吃东西..omg..

8) and doesn't help when people are always offering or jioing to buy food or drinks... Hard to resist xia!!

Lucky next week wfh again.

As mentioned... Took PM leave today.. To celeb mothers day!

Whoot! At our usual haunt! Beauty in the pot!! 

Better bring them out first.. Else tmr back to 5pax, cannot bring them out if the boys are also around liaoz.

Ha, everyday also bringing something back to office.. 

Yesterday was kettle, today cushion, tmr jacket.

Haaa.

Worked 4days liao...

Buay tahan.. 

Tmr wb taking half day leave!!!

Ha... As what hubb said...这样就对了。。。cannot always be staying at home...  Need to have some social life.. 

 O well.

Today is 3rd day back to office to work.

So far so good la.

Except cannot exercise liao..... 

And ytd just announced, gyms are closed for the whole of May too. 

Lucky I have not reactivated the membership. 

Haha, heng ah! 

Abit of a struggle with the membership, shall blog about that later. 

But no more struggle liao, since gyms also closed liao. 

Lol. 

开工大吉啊！

Still can't believe I'm back to office... 

Wow.... Stunned for awhile, don't know where to start packing.. 

My jacket.... And my hair.. Still on my jacket...From 1yr ago.... Wow.  

And bottled water..also from 1yr ago.. 

And why is there water in my cup??? Thought I did pour all away before I left?? Omg max. Lucky no mould inside. 

One whole bag of rubbish.... 

Including my seat mat and pillow... Got to go too.. Sighh. 

Yup. Back to office, at least still got pple offer to tabao teabreak. Hehhehee. 

 OK la. Actually not that bad la. Except for the part on having to wake up early.. 

And using someone else comp now.. Not used to the settings.. Slowing me down xia. 

And.. Now.. When the whole world seemed to be reverting to wfh.... We r back to office...

What irony!

Damn hell waste of time!

Really don't know why must go back when everything is working well at home!
