collected our new house keys on 14 sept!!

keys collection should be a happy event, but yet, i collected with a much heavy heart. with the keys collection, both our CPF OA balance are wiped out, and the loan repayment will start 2mths later. this simply means that we better continue to have cpf money coming in, if not, we will have to service the loan with cash.
and, having cpf money coming in simply means continue working!!!! but the crucial point then, was that i was having alot of prob at work, so much so that i think i cannot continue le. we were still under the impression that the loan will only start in 2014 which is the contracted TOP date. i thought i could still survive w/o a job for a while and start again in early 2014, then still can accumulate abit of CPF before the loan starts. who knows.. it really came as a shock to know that the loan will start in Nov 2013! faints! really collected the keys with a dammmmnnn heavy heart lah. mama dramaz!
but anyway, tada! our new home! huat ahh!

and the following month was busy looking for interior designers to get quotations....
and yes, we have settled for an ID liao. reno work should start soon and targetting to end before the year ends.
home designing checked. tv set checked. hood and hob checked. oven checked. still need aircon, fridge, washing machine, dryer, another tv set, sofa, table, dining chairs, dining table, bed, study chair, study table..... etc etc etc.........$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
